Once the event has been fine tuned,our team will make your vision a reality. We will take you through every aspect
of the event, and make sure that no detail is overlooked. The following is a smple of the event tasks that we execute:
- Developing a budget for the overall event.
- Contracting and negotiating of all selected vendors and establishing load-in,set-up and break-down
schedule for all vendors.
- Securing security if need be.
- Developing floor plans and layouts.
- Acquiring necessary permits from city sources.
- Liaison with media and PR personnel.
EVENT DAY
Our team will come fully prepared and ready to handle all details. Each person will be equipped with event timeline,
event instuction and emergency back up plans. Our team will be the key person responsible for the event,thus allowing you
to enjoy the day.
